A queue scan costs 1 credit per point (7×7 = 49, 13×13 = 169), a live scan 3 credits per point — in exchange the results are ready in minutes instead of overnight. No packages, no hidden surcharges.
Do credits expire?
Your monthly allowance resets to the full plan value at the start of every billing period — unused credits do not carry over into the next month. Credit packs you buy on top (2,500 for €25, 10,000 for €79, 30,000 for €199) sit in a separate balance. If you consistently need more, just upgrade — the new credits are available immediately.
How do invoices & cancellation work?
Billing runs through Stripe. In the customer portal (reachable straight from the app) you can see every invoice PDF, update your payment method and billing address, switch plans, or cancel in one click — month to month, effective at the end of the current period. Your allowance stays usable until then. Prices are net; Stripe Tax adds VAT and handles your VAT ID automatically.
What do I need for the Lifetime Deal?
